Terms of service

These are the terms between you (a tradesperson using the service, "you") and Johannson Limited trading as Trade Centre Sales ("we"). Paying for the service means you accept them.

What we do

You send us a quote you've issued to a customer, with the customer's contact details. We follow it up in your name: a nudge on day 2 (by whatever channel you sent the quote), a phone call on day 5, and a final nudge on day 10. We stop after three contacts, or sooner if the customer answers or asks us to stop. We pass the customer's answer to you: a yes with their preferred timing, a no with any reason given, or a question for you to answer.

What we don't do

We don't negotiate or change your price. We don't book dates on your behalf; we pass on the customer's preference and you confirm. We don't chase quotes you haven't sent us. We don't guarantee any quote will turn into a job.

Your side

Send us quotes you have actually issued, to customers who asked for them. Answer any customer question we pass to you promptly. You're responsible for your quote, your price and the work. You confirm you're entitled to share the customer's details with us for this purpose.

Price and payment

£39 a month plus VAT (£46.80 including VAT), billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. No setup fee, no minimum term. Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; the service continues to the end of the month you've paid for and no further payment is taken. We don't refund part-months.

Fair use

There's no limit on the number of quotes, but the service is for one trading business per subscription. If usage is clearly out of line with a normal trade business, we'll talk to you before doing anything else.

If things go wrong

If we fail to chase a quote we've received, tell us and we'll chase it, or refund that month if we've let you down. Beyond that, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you've paid us in that period. We aren't liable for lost profits or for the outcome of any quote. Nothing here limits liability we can't limit by law.

Ending the service

You can cancel any time. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if it's being misused. Customer data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

The boring bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; we'll email clients about any material change. Trade Centre Sales is a trading name of Johannson Limited and has no connection with The Trade Centre UK or The Trade Centre Wales.
